The Role

As a Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high standards of clinical care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our care team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate person-centred care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments in line with policies and procedures.

• Monitor and record patients’ conditions, updating care plans accordingly.

• Support, supervise, and mentor care staff to deliver quality care.

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and professional codes of conduct.

• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

About You

• Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) with valid NMC PIN.

• Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.
