Stephen Kasote

Nominated Individual & Registered Manager

Responsible for supervising the management of regulated activities carried out by the service and ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.

Faustina Mutake

Registered Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, including quality, compliance, safeguarding, and service delivery. The Registered Manager is the main point of contact for service users and families.

Support Workers

Deliver personal care, practical assistance, companionship, emotional support, and daily living support in accordance with individual care plans.

Administrator

Provides administrative, records management, and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the service.
